Customize the Widget Appearance
Match the widget to your brand: colors, title, welcome message, position, and size.
Make the widget feel like part of your website. All appearance settings live in Deploy & Integrations → Website Widget and apply to your site instantly — no code changes needed.
What You Can Customize

Widget Header & Agent Branding
The chat header introduces your agent to visitors. It shows your agent name (title), your company name with an Online/Offline status (subtitle), and your agent avatar when one is uploaded.
Configure all three in your dashboard: the agent name in Settings → Agent Name, the avatar in Settings → Agent Avatar (formats PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, max 1 MB), and your company name in Profile → Company. Changes apply to the widget instantly — no code changes needed.
Live Preview
The settings page includes a live preview — as you change the theme, title, or size, the preview updates immediately, so you can tune the look before it goes live on your site. Changes auto-save.
“Powered by Elvix AI” Badge
The widget shows a small “Powered by Elvix AI” label. On the Free trial and Standard plans this label is always shown. On the Pro plan (or higher) you can turn it off to fully white-label the widget.
