Every new Elvix account starts with a free trial: 14 days and 150 messages — a single, fixed window with no monthly reset. It’s fully functional, so you can train your agent, embed the widget, and capture real leads before paying anything.
What Counts Toward the Limit
Each user message and each AI reply counts as one message. Your current usage is shown in the Usage Dashboard (messages used and days left), with a warning at 80% of the limit.
When the Trial Ends
When either the 14 days pass or the 150 messages run out, your agent pauses and switches to offline mode:
- The widget shows an offline notice and a contact form — you still capture leads.
- A banner in your dashboard explains the pause with an Upgrade button.
- Lead contact details stay locked until you upgrade.
- You receive an email notification with a summary and a direct upgrade link.
How to Keep Going
- 1Click Upgrade in the dashboard banner (or Billing & Plan → Change Plan).
- 2Choose Standard — $99/mo with 5,000 messages.
- 3Complete the secure Stripe checkout.
- 4Your agent reactivates immediately with your new monthly limit.
Pro tipUse your trial to gather real leads — many customers upgrade because the trial proves the agent works with their traffic. The leads captured during the trial stay in your account.
